I rear hit on those Jeeps usually involves damage to the gas tank that is slung so low and far back. There's no pump reset switch like Fords. This might be an insurance claim against the other driver, being at fault. But I would inspect the fuel lines and wiring, and eventually drop the tank and replace the fuel pump if you can not hear it prime up when turning the key on. You can also easily test for fuel pressure on the injector rail there's a Schrader fitting to hook up to or push for testing. Scan for codes at last resort.
