HAHAHAHAHAHA laugh at the person who told you that. lift your jeep as high as you like. you wont have any problems. btw, your jeep is not AWD it is full time 4WD. there is a difference. but if you have a laredo like your profile states then you must have selec-trac which is 2wd-4wdpt-4wdft-N-4wdLO

as long as you don't go over 3 inches you could even just go with coil spacers,then you could retain stock shocks and everything too. 3 inch or under also keeps everything still aligned and doesn't over strain the steering components http://www.summitracing.com/parts/TMI-1381200/

eh, yes, they could keep the stock shocks. but they would be overextended and wouldnt last very long. its best to replace them when you lift it. if you do end up going with a BB or budget boost. which is 2" from fat bobs garage or 2.5" from KOR. i would recommend that you opt for new shocks as well. get some blisten or ranchos.

I have a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a 2" rough country and been having trouble with it took it to the shop they said I need to get better springs put on. What springs do I need to get do I need taller coil springs

They now make a 7inch Rubicon express spring for the front and rear of Jeep grand cherokee ZJ's 93-98 which I believe are 4.5 giving the total lift 7" allowing 35" tires with no problems at all however Pretty sure you will need shocks and a long arm upgrade to do this. im still investigating.

So should you or shouldn't you do a 3 inch with stock shocks. I am curious because I want to do a 3 inch in mine but do not want to buy new shocks again. I just put new stock shocks in and do not want to replace them again.

Just bought a 2016 keep.grand Cherokee altitude 4×4. I would like to run 35x13.50x20s under it. Who makes a.lift kit that can make this happen?
