95 Jeep grand cherokee Trans. jerks while in overdrive

Could be the transmission is slipping, or overdrive is starting to go bad. Start by checking your trans fluid level. Check it when it's warmed up. fill it up if it's low and pay attention to the color and smell. You want a nice red color, like cherry kool-aid. If it's brown and smells burnt, you will need it flushed. Hopefully that's all it is.
