Check the one way pressure regulator located on top of the fuel tank. It incorporates a fuel filter and a one way pressure valve to keep fuel pressure up while starting. They get a bad leak around the Oring internally and leak back pressure causing a hard start or no start condition. Wort symptoms presenting themselves on cold start in the morning after vehicle has set for quite some time.
