I have a 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4x4 6cyl...I have an electrical short that keeps blowing my fuse that works my dash lights and my rear park lights. How do i track down the where its at thats

The wire could be pinched somewhere. Have you had any work done that could have damaged a wire? --- It could be a short to ground in the bulb sockets. Disconnect them and try the fuse.

put a bulb in place of fuse. when bulb goes OUT you have found the problem. If you have a hitch, I would look close for chaffed wires at the trailer connector.
