no voltage to compressor. changed PCM and still no voltage.

The low pressure cut out switch is blocking electricity to the compressor because of a low charge of Freon (134a). Check and add if needed more Freon and see if it will kick on. Hang onto that PCM. With a Jeep, you may need it next week.
