How to start my Jeep

I was driving my 99 Jeep Grand Cherokee on the
highway way and it lost all power so I pulled over
and it only smoked for a second so I checked it out
and it was low on oil and the top radiator hose was
tore so I put one on put oil in it but now it's just not
starting what could be wrong with it please let me
know if you can thanks

I think you fried your engine with a double whammy of low oil and no coolant.
