My ac blows hot air. Leak
test found no leak.
Compressor is cutting on
and off every few minutes.
Freon leak I know, but

If there's no leak, then all you need to do is fill it back up. Some loss over time is normal. The hissing sound is refrigerant (134a) boiling in the evaporator and condenser when the engine is off....pressure drops...things boil. The fact that the compressor cycles, tells me things are running okay, you are just low on refrigerant (low pressure switch is kicking out). With test gauges hooked up, add about one (14 ounce) can and see if it runs well. It should.

I forgot to say that the hissing sound is not a leak.
