Ok so I got a Jeep and it needed a motor so I
bought a motor the Motor ran when I pulled it when
I put it in this one it runs but jumps around like
crazy when I had that cats hooked up the glowed
red  checked coil and cam sensor and crank
sensor what else is there

Glowing cats means unburnt fuel is not burning in the engine and clogging up the cats. I fear you have misfires. Recheck all your electrical connections. Did you replace the engine with the same one you removed? If not, you will need a proper ECM for the new engine.

Pulled the engine out of a 2000 sopost to be the same put a new programmed computer in it checked all connections all seem good

Still reads like you have crazy misfires. Did you remove the cap/rotor during engine pull or install? Got plug wires in right order?
