Hazard and security l8ghts flashing

I went out to start my 1999 jeep grand cherokee
laredo.  Got in car wont start blinkers are flashing
as soon as i open the door. Sometimes continue to
flash up to 30 seconds after  i get out of the car.
There is no working key fob, hasnt been one sonce
we bought it 9 months ago. Can anyone help?

It is your vehicles security system not recognizing the key. You should see a picture of a key in the dash illuminated when this occurs. You will have to take it to Chrysler and have a key programed for the vehicle to resolve this problem. Pretty pricey to have this done.
