Can someone please tell me where this bottom hose goes.
O couldn't figure it out.

The photo is somewhat confusing and I had to go look at my Jeep to be sure. I respectfully disagree with NinjaXxChicken this time. He's usually right 99.9% of the time. The skinny black hose in the picture is simply the overflow tube that hangs down and drips down the inner fender well. It's the OTHER identical black hose that goes up to and fastens to the radiator neck under the pressure cap.

Yes, that is correct. IF any excess coolant dribbles out, it will run down the inner fender well and drip on the ground. Aim that hose anywhere you can and it will be okay. Glad you asked. And that 4.7 liter V8 engine needs regular oil changes to enjoy a long life. Synthetic is best.
