Radiator coolant not getting hot, no heat inside jeep

i have a 2000 jeep grand cherokee laredo limited 4.7 v8. i am getting no heat, well very
little luke warm heat. i have replaced water pump, flushed heater core, two new
thermostats, blend doors are fine. someone mentioned a blockage in my motor, is that
possible? its not overheating at all. it has new radiator about 4 months ago. can
someone please help?
