hi I got a 2000 jeep grand Cherokee limited I was wondering what the problem could be when you have the heat on it only come out one side and the other side stay cold and when your have the air on its the same thing the one side is hot can any one help me out??

thejeepdoctor answered 11 years ago

sounds like broke blend air door. very common problem. Not easy to fix. You have to tear out the dash and heater box. Approx 7.5 hrs labor
