Why is my battery draining overnight

Battery is being drained when I pull the negative
cable off and touch the post I can hear the electric
cooling fan thumping like Powers being drawn to
it does not fire up I replaced cooling fan  relay
does the same thing

maybe corrosion in the junction box under the relay box , maybe . Mice can invade even a daily driver .
