Jeep won't move

Transmission over heat light has come on twice
then off, fluid level is fine. I put vehicle in gear it
moves only for two to five seconds the nothing
rpms start to Rev same thing in reverse!  Never
gave any signs of problems before and no noises

Your fluid level can be fine, but the over heating situation indicates clutch plates slipping or tour torque converter fins have possibly collapsed. Either way you are looking at a transmission removal and teardown. My guess is it has very high mileage on the transmission. Your transmission fluid is probably burnt also. Sorry for the bad news.
