2002 jeep grand Cherokee overheating

I have an 2002 jeep grand Cherokee. It has a brand-
new radiator, and thermostat.. But its over heating..
The fan kicks on , blowing really hard but it still
overheats..

I'm guessing the thermostat was put in backwards. Anything over 210 F is pretty hot and can crack the head, especially on the 4.0 liter six engine. You might also have an air pocket in your cooling system...keep topping it up directly in the radiator. Your coolant temperature sensor might be giving you a false high reading. Check radiator cap is not weak/old....should be 18 psi rated. Use only 50/50 coolant.
