My antifreeze reservoir is empty do I
really need to fill it. My radiator is full
though .

Fill it to the cold line if the engine is cool. To the hot line if you have been driving it.

If you let your cooling system get low on coolant your engine will eventually overheat. Buy some pre-mixed 50/50 coolant and add a little to the tank.

The radiator tank is full, but antfreeze tank is empty.
