I have a 02 jeep GC 4.7 with 222k should i
run regular covential or high milage syn ??

Yep iv been using coventinal since iv owned it and no problems . I change my oil so i dont have to worry about getting ripped off .

Just make sure you change the oil regularly. These engines are prone to sludge from excessive heat which plugs up the oil return holes at the rear of the heads causing oil starvation and head destruction. This will destroy the 4.7 valve train. Change every 2500 miles and you won't have any problems.
