Crank no start

Asked by Weirdo1979 Sep 20, 2019 at 10:31 AM about the 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2003 jeep grand Cherokee laredo 4.0, some days it
starts up and runs just fine, other days all it will do is crank
no start, let it set a couple days and it runs again, I've
replaced the CKP twice, cmp, tps, coil pack and the fuel
pump. Any ideas thanks

I just changed EVERYTHING ... Computer is my cause for crank no start.. If you’ve already don’t that computer The cam synchronizer sits below the sensor and that acts as your distributor and oil drive gear. If the shaft rotates a degree or breaks a tooth you could be somewhat out of timing cause intermittent no starts ‍♂️ My 500$ cheap is 5k with no lift or mods ‍♂️‍♂️
