have 03 if the bcm is bad will it stop the windows and door locks to quiet working locks will work on passanger side windows will work on drivers door replaced master door switch still doing the same.

is it all the windows or just the master switch? locks and windows? May have a repair procedure for you!

Yes. A faulty BCM will prevent proper function of windows, power locks and other systems, but that is not the ONLY possible cause. Sometimes the wire harness from chassis/body to door will become worn and break from thousands of door open /close cycles ...but listen to Chris..he may have a solution

I see you posted on his other question we both have the same solution to check the through body wiring to the drivers door. Usually find one or more wires broken in there, the correct solution is to run a new wire from the connector inside the door panel to the connector at the drivers kick pane,l failure to do so will cause it to fail again!

I figured that might be it Chris because it happened to my 1990 Town Car. It took a while for it to dawn on me at the time but that's what it was.
