My 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee ran hot going down the highway during an ice storm. The radiator had some ice in it. Didnt know it at the time of driving. It cut off. Could heads be cracked?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2004 Grand Cherokee limited edition ran hot during an ice storm. We thought
antifreeze was enough but after it ran hot we found ice in the radiator lines.
After it thawed it would not crank. Could it have jumped timing and warped the
heads?

Would not crank...you mean it would not turn over or it would not start when cranking.
