Power Steering Pump/Radiator

Asked by itlnmtnmn May 31, 2017 at 08:36 PM about the 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I recently had my power steering pump and some axle work done on my jeep.
When I got it back, the coolant was leaking like crazy after a day or so and
now it goes right through it. I took it back to the place and they said the
radiator is cracked. Is this something that could have been done during the
fixing of the power steering pump or axle repair? This is really suspicious
happening right after I got this fixed. I just want to know if this is possible or a
common thing that happens a lot

The power steering pump hooks into the radiator area maybe bolt not tight enough maybe the guy looking at it just wants to jack you around or if car is old everything gets old at same time get a second opinion but keep plenty of antifreeze or water don't run car dry
