Found the issue needed a Coolant Temperature Sensor, $7.00 dollar part at Rock Auto the Stant one. Sits on top of engine easy fix look on you tube, if I can do it anyone can, fan does not stay on anymore. Comes on when engine needs it and will come on some times with air conditioning on, no more constant fan on when reaching operating temperature.
