At wits end with my Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Engine light comes on, feels like it’s struggling to get energy, rpms gauge goes
up and down, then Jeep starts to tremble.

The check engine light comes on, shakes a little. Just had the pcm replaced. Mechanic checked and said that out of the three items that came up from the scan, two have been done so a misfire.
