Rough idle, skips real bad

My 2004jeep grand
Cherokee has a
real bad idea and
skip problem. I
have changed the
coil pack and plugs
with no luck. What
should I do next to
trouble shoot my
problem?

If it has the 5.7 hemii do a compression test on each cylinder. May have a cracked or broken valve spring. This is a common problem to the hemi engine.
