Check the cars value at http://www.kbb.com/ and http://www.edmunds.com/. Dealers will generally start with a higher price and sell lower. If you're really serious, get the VIN number and use http://www.carfax.com/entry.cfx

I believe its too high for the mileage thats on the car & considering its 7-8 year old model .. If its on a private used car lot I wouldn't touch it .. If its on a Jeep dealers lot you should have alot of room to get that at a much lower price .. If not walkaway ...
