I have very cold AC in both sides but no warm or heat ever come out

I have a 2005 Grand Cherokee Limited 5.7 Hemi 4x4 engine. My AC works perfect but
there when i switch to heat or try to make it warmer nothing changes.. still very cold.. (on
both passenger and driver side)...i went to diffrent mechanics and they are saying different
things.. some people say temperature control module need to be replaced... is that right?
