audi a4 1997 cranks but won't start

1997 audi a4 b5 not starting when you crank and when it starts it has a terrible
miss and as soon as you press gas it cuts off, What could be the problem?
also something keeps killing the battery after about 1-2 weeks with the car
locked and not in use with all electricals off.

sounds like a short. My 98 audi started having this issue happen just before i sold it. Its most likely a week battery tho and i normally left my car unlocked so the alarm would not kill the battery while it sat. have the car scanned for faults should help greatly and give us a place to start.
