Repair 1992 Lincoln fuel induction system

I purchase a 1992 Lincoln Town Car in car and 490 miles and broke down and co in
the distance to empty unknown - and in the book it said that was with the fuel
induction system we have put new spark plugs new tune up actually and seem to
work for a little bit and now it doesn't work at all trying to see if anyone could help

Fuel induction system is a broad term. Injectors, fuel pump, pressure regulator, and on and on. All it means, in English is 'fuel supply' Does it have the 5.0 or 4.6L? I forget what year they changed, my 1990 TC had a 5.0
