By “No fan with heat on,” I am assuming you mean the fan does not blow when the selector is set to ‘Floor’. There is a convoluted hose that comes off of the back of the intake manifold and into the heater core, spliced into that hose is a odd shaped little valve / switch with two wires coming off the front and two vacuum lines off the back. With the A/C set to the Floor position and the engine at operating temperature, remove the plug from the front of that switch and short the two wires together. If your fan starts then that switch assembly needs to be replaced. Easy fix, the difficulty lies in finding a replacement for that funny looking hose, (Ford recommends just using bulk hose.)
