Turn up? Misspelled vegetable? Tune-up, over 60,000 miles plugs, fuel filters, plug wires, direct nozzle cleaning (fuel additive every 20,000 miles helps. Other considerations; does the engine misfire or near a stall? Under what conditions (i.e. weather) and demand (throttle position, up/down hill...)? With little knowledge few can ask a question correctly and should stick with a pro!
