Trying to get ballpark figure to redo my car. Suggest a place in Indianapolis?

Needs factory motor, trans, and parts
to replace brakes,rotors,bearings,
bushings,brake lines. Maybe custom
exhaust but nothing too fancy. Little
rust on outside, a little more
underneath. Cruise control needs
repaired. paint job.

1600. for rebuilt motor and transmission from a friend of mine but does not have time to do all the little things underneath the car and body work, so still need to calculate that somehow. anyone know a place in indianapolis that do good work for fair price?

I have a 1999 Lincoln signature town car and my transmission went out,and I need another one but I dont know wich if these is for my transmission XW1P- BA,Ca or Da.may someone help me please!
