Where do i find my wiper control module in a 95 lincoln town car

all of the modules I've seen/been shown had the module STUCK TO the wiper motor...just shootin' from the hip there no my good associate I do not drink~...nor type things that will not contribute as this whole forum is a part of automotive history, like it or not~

Friend of mine had the same problem......her was a bad alt.... battery charging at 13.4 vdc....... .2vac of ripple . Please check this prior to doing anything.
