Window problem

I just put a new window regulator and track in my
96 lincoln town car  and the window went up but
won't go down. I tried changing the switch but
nothing happened. You can hear the motor click
when you push up on the switch but no sound
when you push down.

    Repaired rear passenger window clip that holds arm to window. Now only front controls operate Windows. None of the other buttons except for the driver controls are working.

    passenger side window doesn't go up/down... the motor looks like it's attached with some kind of rivet and can be drilled out then replaced with nuts/bolts any thoughts on my idea...
