1997 Lincoln Town Car

I have a 1997 Lincoln Town Car. I get
a click when I turn my ignition.
Nothing more!!! All my lights still
come on radio windows locks work
and etc. can someone help me???

Try jumping it, even though there's power for your electronics, it still might not be enough to power the starter. If jumping doesn't work, check your starter relay (you could swap it with another next to it and see if that works). And check your starter solenoid and starter motor along with all of your wires and connections between the battery and starter.

The ignition switches are notoriously bad on the ‘90-‘97 Town Cars. I have a new starter, battery, alternator... most times it fires right up, other times it just clicks. I turn the key all the way back, then try again... usually gets it started. Most likely you’ll need to replace the ignition switch if everything else is in working order
