I have a 1998 Lincoln towncar and it starts but as
soon as I put it into drive it stalls and turns of it'll
struggle to turn on but when it does I step on the
gas and it gets gas but whn put into drive it has no
force it struggles to move forward and goes like
5mph maybe like up to 10 and won't go feels like
its braked I checked oil and it was dry but I put in 3
quarts and worked better maybe needs more oil

Almost sounds like a fuel pressure issue. I would have the fuel pressure checked, and do a fuel bleed down test at the same time. Another thing to check while it is running is get a can of carburetor cleaner and spay along the intake manifold gaskets, the throttle body base gasket, and anywhere there is vacuum. The RPM's will pick up if there is a leak.
