Flashing check engine light means that there is a miss-fire and raw fuel will be going into the exhaust and burning in the catalytic converter. This can overheat the converter ruining it. Do not drive it with a flashing check engine light. Have it scanned for trouble codes at a local auto-parts store (usually done free of charge) and post the code(s) here on this forum. How many miles on the car? When was the last time the sparkplugs and coils were replaced?
3000 and something miles and sparksplugs was replace like 3 months ago

Mine is doing the same thing. We’re so when you go up a little grade or a big grade so I’m pointing at the fuel filter but I also have the check engine light flashing randomly. If it’s flashing because it’s got raw fuel entering the exhaust you wouldn’t think a plug fuel filter would cause that because then it might mean a lien misfire maybe. Just did the coil packs and plugs about 7000 miles ago.
