I have a 2003 town car hood and front lights. Is there anyway I can fit it in my 1999 model?

Yu have to get the top half of a 2003 radiator support and weld it to the bottom half from your 99 I just did it to my 98 and yu have to get headlights finders and bumpers from the 2003 if yu want it to work
