Scan it for ABS codes If you don't own a scanner buy one for $20 (ELM 327) locate the bad Wheel speed sensor or harness / connector. I give these scanners away to my private Lincoln customers.

I have bought a new alternator new starter new battery for a 2000 Lincoln town car and my battery still keep getting drained I have to still get a jump I have a no inside lights when you open the doors and the locks don’t work

Get a new battery it sounds like you may have a dead cell in your battery you can also get it checked for free at auto zone before buying a new one
