Need to know why my car want turnover to crank

Okay,my carcwant crank after the ball joint on the driver
side came off I had to get it towed had a new fuel pump put
on thinking it was the problem but no shop seems to know
why it want start .need help

Crank or start?. Fuel system has nothing to do with it not cranking.

If it turns over but doesn't run: The fuel pump shut-off switch located in a bracket inside the trunk might've been triggered.
