bought a new battery and it works fine. 3 weeks later the car wouldn't start . I just hear a click when I turn the key. I have full power to every thing accept I noticed the air bags are out of air

I get a click when i turn the key in the ignition but the car don't start.  Just a click.  My
battery and connections are 3 weeks old and work fine.

no, the battery has power. solid horn, lights work, doors etc. can you tell me where the starter is located? drivers side or passengers side? underneath the car?
