Normally the car manual have a list of the fuse

I have a Lincoln 2003 my left turn signals is blinking fast. I change the bulbs and they are still blinking fast. Which fuse control that.

2003 Lincoln town car tail lights and license plate light do not work. It's the fuse and location. And I don't have any cash but I'll use y'all again
