Have builtin cradle/charger in center arm rest,but no phone! Can anyone supply the Nokia model number.??? Thank You

I have the answer! It is a Nokia CARK -91car kit. ronnoco

I have a 1998 Lincoln Cartier how do I turn on my phone. It has a dial tone ,but the line goes busy after I make a call.
