Question type: Maintenance & Repair

After a severe electrical storm during which the windows on my 2000 Lincoln Town Car were left open, the car was driven for about 15 minutes, then parked in the driveway and 5 minutes later the horn started blowing continuously.  Had to disconnect the battery to stop it.

If you pull the horn fuse, it should kill the horn, w/o taking battery cable loose, till you find the problem. I hope that is a dedicated fuse. Maybe when everything dries out it will be ok, don't know? See on bottom left side of horn relay, those are grounds, Your horn switch and lcm/lighting control module.
