The air on my Lincoln Towncar stopped at the end of last summer then my heat stopped working.

After replacing everything related to the air conditioner ( compressor, control panel, etc. the air still doesn't work.  However, I do have heat.  Everything is connected but the compressor doesn't come on when the air is turned on.

With so many things that could be your problem my best suggestion would be to get yourself a Haynes manual for your car and look up the electrical system for you A/C and start tracing wiring, fuses controls, terminals etc. Remember where the power dies the problem lies.
