2002 lincoln towncar

A/C blows hot at idle.  Cools a little while driving a distance without stopping.  
Compressor engaged constantly and doesnt cycle.  Low pressure 150 and high
pressure 200 constantly

A.C condenser coil maybe clogged with dirt and bugs causing little to almost no air flow across the coils clean condenser with garden hose and nozzle if radiator sets in front of condenser clean also so that you can get good air flow to condenser.
