on a 03 tc drivers seat will not go forward or backward when removing key motor making a clicking noise and pushing switch makes clicking also

I would unbolt the seat and lay it back so you can see the track and motors work. Activate the switches and watch what happens. Usually, there's a motor, gear or cable that has failed. I don't think you can get individual parts from the Dealer - they'll probably only have the entire track mechanism available ($300+). A salvage yard is a good option on this one.
