Plain old regular will work fine in your car. If you want you can add injector cleaner every couple of tank fulls....

Inside the gas filler door on the Signature or Cartier Town Cars, I believe it says “Premium Fuel Only”. If I’m not mistaken, those two models have 10 more hp. That is what my ‘98 Cartier says.

Surfacing in 1998, the third generation of the Town Car received some exterior changes and major interior ones, which included door and instrument panels, the radio face, controls and switches. The 4.6L V8 electronic injection petrol engines behind this Town Car was available with three outputs: 203 HP, 218 HP and 238 HP. Noteworthy features include rear-wheel drive, automatic, 4-speed transmission, ventilated front discs and regular discs at the rear.
