Plain old regular will work fine in your car. If you want you can add injector cleaner every couple of tank fulls....
Inside the gas filler door on the Signature or Cartier Town Cars, I believe it says “Premium Fuel Only”. If I’m not mistaken, those two models have 10 more hp. That is what my ‘98 Cartier says.

The 4.6L V8 electronic injection petrol engines behind this Town Car was available with three outputs: 203 HP, 218 HP and 238 HP.
