Low and high headlights are not working.

I have a 2005 Lincoln Towncar. The high beam and
the low beams are not working they won't come on
and the signal light in the units does still work. I
have tested all the fuses and even change the bulb
however it still doesn't work do you know what the
problem could possibly be

Try this pull and hold the High beam lever (flash to pass) on the column if the lights energize its the LMC module.
