Intermittent squealing noise 2006 Lincoln Towncar

The past few days I have noticed an intermittent squealing noise while
driving my 2006 Lincoln Town Car. It squeals for about 5 seconds, then is
quiet for approximately 10 seconds. It is very consistent 5 seconds on, 10
seconds off. It isn't terribly loud. I just had work done on the differential. It
wasn't making this noise until after I got it back from the shop. Could it be
related? 127,000 miles

See if you can see some type of pattern like only when the car is moving or at all times or only at certain speeds, with AC on or try different scenarios so we can narrow it down and help u figure it out
